How I think
Principles.
- No silent “implemented.” Status needs a person.
- Evidence reuse only after someone confirms it still proves the control.
- Software assists; it does not certify you.
- Cost, reliability, and security move together — or none of them stick.
- Prefer systems you can defend in an audit week over green dashboards.
